Though I never had the chance to meet Roy in person, he had a huge impact on my life. As a virtual professor of counseling subjects, a practicing virtual clinician and supervisor for the past 20 years, I felt Roy always had the answers to the unasked questions. He was a guiding light to me professionally. I can't ever count how many students I sent his way. The few phone calls I had with him in the early days really stuck with me.
