I got to know Roy through working with him on a committee about social media. He was knowledgeable, warm, engaging, incredibly giving of time and expertise, and a pleasure to work with. He was always a supportive resource and an incredible colleague. His absence leaves a mark on our whole professional community and he will be greatly missed.
